In short: Setkim Kimya, the manufacturer of Divortex, has produced car care chemicals in Tuzla, Istanbul since 2005 and exports to more than 60 countries. The facility is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and the automotive-specific IATF 16949. You can choose one of our proven Divortex formulas or have a custom formula developed. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 2,000 units for liquids and 6,000 units for aerosols and additives. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks after design approval.

What is private label car care manufacturing?
Contract manufacturing means a brand has its products made by a specialist manufacturer instead of its own factory. In car care this is usually done through the private label model: the product is made in the manufacturer's facility with a proven formula, while the bottle, label and brand are yours.
It is the fastest way to launch your own car care brand without investing in a factory, laboratory or licensing. Product development, filling, labeling and quality control stay with the manufacturer while you focus on sales and your brand.

- Kick-off and brief: We discuss your product list, sales channel, price range and estimated volumes.
- Formula selection or development: Choose a proven formula or start a custom formula. Scent and color preferences are set here.
- Samples and approval: Samples are prepared for your performance and appearance approval.
- Label and packaging: Bottle, cap and label are selected; mandatory label information and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are prepared.
- Production and QC: Production runs with the approved design and every batch is checked.
- Delivery: Shipped ex-Istanbul to your forwarder with all export documents prepared.

What is the minimum order quantity?
2,000 units per product for liquids and 6,000 units for aerosols and additives. First-order terms for new brands are discussed at kick-off.
How long does it take?
Usually 4–6 weeks after label and packaging approval. Custom formulas need extra time for sample rounds.
Can I bring my own formula?
Yes. We can produce your formula or our proven Divortex formulas, subject to a manufacturability review by our technical team.
Who designs the label?
You can send your design; our team adapts mandatory legal information and print dimensions.
Can I choose scent and color?
Yes, for shampoos, foams, interior care and fragrance products.
Do you manufacture for brands outside Türkiye?
Yes. We export to more than 60 countries; products are labeled to the target country's language and regulations and shipped ex-Istanbul.
