Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes, after discounts).
- Standard shipping on orders under $75: $9.99 flat rate.
- Express shipping: $15.00, where available at checkout.

Heavy items (5-gallon pails, 20 kg / 44 lb and over)
5-gallon pails ship separately from our regular parcels and are charged per order as follows:
- 1 pail: $20.00
- 2 pails: $35.00 total
- 3 pails: $45.00 total
- 4 or more pails: $50.00 total, no matter how many more you add
Heavy items ship to the contiguous United States only (not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories). Regular items in the same order follow the standard rates above.

Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after shipment.
- Large orders may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info.usa@divortex.com.tr or (305) 645-3271. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
