Refund policy

Returns
We want you to be happy with every Divortex (DVX) product. If something isn't right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns
- Products must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging and with the seal intact.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Aerosol products cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return
1. Email info.usa@divortex.com.tr or call (305) 645-3271 with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.
3. Ship the items back with a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.

Restocking fee
Returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies, and in many cases we will not ask you to send the item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different product or size is to return the original item and place a new order.
