AIM
With this application form, your personal data;

a) learning whether it has been processed,

b) requesting information if processed,

c) learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) learning the parties to which it has been transferred at home / abroad,

e) to request correction if it is incomplete / incorrectly processed,

f) Requesting deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

g) to request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) above, to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,

h) objecting to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems,

i) You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Our company will conclude your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, a fee may be charged. Our company may accept and process the request or reject the request in written form by explaining the reason. In case the application is caused by the fault of our Company, the fee collected is returned to the Related Person.

CONTENT OF THE APPLICATION
The information provided by you must be accurate and up-to-date, and our Company does not accept any responsibility for any requests that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete information in this form or unauthorized application. Our company reserves the right to request additional information and documents (eg a copy of your identity card or driver's license etc.) for identification purposes in order to ensure data security.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
On the other hand, since the following situations are not within the scope of the Law, the right to make a request regarding these issues will not arise:

a) Processing of personal data by real persons within the scope of activities related to themselves or family members living in the same residence, provided that they are not given to third parties and that the obligations regarding data security are complied with.

b) Processing personal data for purposes such as research, planning and statistics by making them anonymous with official statistics.

c) Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that they do not violate national defense, national security, public security, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights or constitute a crime.

d) Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organizations authorized by law to ensure national defense, national security, public safety, public order or economic security.

e) Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or execution authorities in relation to investigation, prosecution, trial or execution proceedings.

In the following cases, only the right to demand compensation for the damage will arise.

a) The processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of crime or for criminal investigation.

b) Processing of personal data made public by the person concerned.

c) If personal data processing is required by the authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations in the nature of public institutions, for the execution of supervisory or regulation duties and for disciplinary investigation or prosecution, based on the authority given by the law.
