Tires and rims are the most contacted and contaminated parts of the cars as they contact with motorway since brake pads are the eroding equipment. Asphalt, mud, snow, dust in short everything pollutes tires and rims. At times stubborn stain substances such as pitch, brake dust or grease eave permanent dirty which cannot be cleaned by washing rims and tires. In such cases, various chemicals other than conventional cleaning methods are needed. "Flash" Rim Cleaner is a special product developed to perform this cleaning and maintenance by Divortex Car Care.
Rim cleaning should be performed prior to start washing the car and brake dust on the rims is poured with pressurized water.
Then spray the "Flash’’ Rim cleaning agent on all steel rims that you have performed pre-cleaning before washing the car.
Products should not be used when rims and brake pads are hot, their cooling should be waited.
500 ml packaging form of Divortex Car Care "Flash" Rim cleaning material is ready to direct use and implementation.
3, 5, 10 and 25 kg packaging form is taken up a suitable spraying container by being mixed at the rate of 1/3 (Example: 200 mL of ‘’FLASH’’ with 600 mL of water.
Before the car foaming process, we get much better results if we scrub rims which we spray rim cleaner with a brush.
Heavy chemicals, substances such as soft soap, cola, gas oil, muriatic acid lead to deterioration of the tire and rim in time even though they exhibit rims and tires clean in short term. They may cause rust on rims or wear on tires and will cause very quickly and heavier contamination with attractive effects. Only using specific products which are only developed for this purpose play important role for extending the life of your tires and rims.
The brushes used for rims and tires should not be hard. Especially rims may be scratched hard-bristled brushes.
The car is covered with foam washing material after the cleaning with brush is completed.
At this stage rims and tires which had already sprayed rim cleaning material are covered with foam.
Finally, all car including rims is rinsed with high pressure water. At this stage making of rim cleaning process prior to the car washing is important. It is recommended to use plastic gloves before rim cleaning process.
The varnish is applied after washing, and the car is washed again.
As the last step, all vehicle is dried by microfiber cloth.
